After we reached dover mrt, bought kinder joy o_o lol
Then went into Singapore poly, and found our way to T4-125 o_o
So farrr. We took like, 20 minutes to find the place.
Siti was already there.
So the teacher came and open the door, to let the smell o_O go away in the room.
Lol. The smell was unbearable. Then my chest pain %!@#@!
So stood there for a few minutes, waiting for the other people.
Then Jiamin, Evan and Khimwang came. Lol they asked for directions.
Went inside the room, waited for other people.
Lalala~ then they came then started the lecture.
o_o Types of flour, blah blah blah.
I notice that Jiaxim really likes to doodle on the notes, lol.
While my notes are all filled with ... notes. Lol.
Then lunch, went to Mac to eat.
Then went to the lab.
Split into 2 groups.
Jiaxin and I were the only girls in the group zz.
The proffesor showed us the use of the texture analyser and the colour tester[?]
Then went to the meeting room I think, settled some stuff.
Lol, Jiaxin's lab coat was wayy too big for her, haha.
Went to the noodle making factory, then waited for the other people.
Then started making noodles.
I was grouped with Shawn, Siti and Shiru.
Lol, All 's'.
Our group needed to use sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate instead of sodium hydroxide o_o
Lol, so measured the weight of water, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate and sodium chloride.
Then mix~ [All these I do, Shawn didn't want to do anything, then the rest like abit... tired to mix, lol]
Then mix, putting the mixing thing into the slot, I do, lol.
So dangerous D:
Yeah but mixing Siti did it. I poured the water o_o
After that, make into dough sheet by using the machine.
Then make into noodles.
Then washed up, then it was tea break.
Tea very hot -.- burn my tongue zz.
Jiaxin said its not hot o_o
Then after that, evaluate blah blah.
Sodium hydroxide makes the noodle more yellow blah blah.
Compared to our sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate.
Then after that, bought kinder joy again, then went home alone T^T
Cos Jiaxin had to go back to school T^T
My legs are aching like #$%$# now.
Planning to wake up early to go eat breakfast :D
Slept from 6pm to 1am.
Yesterday I only slept for like 1 hour.
:D I managed to survive 9 - 5 pm without sleeping! :D
