Ms Lim taught us the 3 forms of carbohydrates, monosaccharide, disaccharide and polysaccharide.
Under monosaccharide is... glucose, fructose and galactose.
Disaccharide =
Glucose + Fructose = Sucrose.
Glucose + Glucose = Maltose
Glucose + Galactose = Lactose
